What advice I can give someone who wants to work as a lottery presenter on TV?

What need to be good at numbers and stuff or is it all about the presentation? I suggested that a degree in mathematics would be the best thing to do for this job, by that I mean that the person must have a good understanding of statistics, etc.

Actually, a lottery announcer needed a background in modeling or broadcasting. I think this is a very lofty goal, because there is simply not a lot of jobs out there for this. Something like the odds of winning the lottery.
