well i took the DV Green Card Lottery and the results are out of can! if you do not win and then I applied for a student visa that affect you and me used to get it! or consular officer visa student I can not say! as you say no laws or cus purple or whatever, just wondering if you know that I applied? I would not be breaking the law by applying the lottery and F1. You, however, shows the intention to immigrate to the U.S. by entering the DV lottery.
