Where could I find information that cites the TOTAL intake by the Canadian Government from all sources?

I mean ALL sources such as lottery commissions, taxes on companies that mine for diamonds in the NWT, income on rented or leased land, income from federal and provincial taxes, GST etc. Income from fines for non payment of taxes and error on taxes. Income from interest earned by investing income funds etc. etc. etc. Let me know if YOU personally know for sure and/or please direct me to a website. Also write a complete – no thing missed – list of ALL sources of revenue if you could.
