how would you react in these circumstances ?

a neighbour of ours we occasionally speak to as just won 27.4 million pounds on the euro lottery.He as indicated that he as no desire to leave the locality as he would miss his friends and his saturday game of dominoes in his local. He and his wife are state pensioners and have stated they do not want to change their way of life. Under similar conditions what would do. this is fact and not make-believe

I would pay off our mortgage & credit cards etc. Buy a new car – nothing too flash. See our children & grandchildren set up for life, also my mum. A few wise investments, a holiday & some charity donations. I would need some good advice from Lottery people as to best way to deal with such a huge amount. I can understand the couple not wanting it to change their life too much.
