am I lucky to win lotto?

HI,
I have played about 40 times all types of lotto in NSW lotteries in past 3 years. I always spend about $10 to $12, most tickets I bought from winning amount. I have won 17 times but all small amounts. In Last power ball draw $15ml I missed power ball number and one main number so I won $55, the draw before I won $77 with 4 main numbers again I missed one power ball and one main. I take more then half an hour to choose numbers by my personal counting technique. I rarely had to spend my own money. However I have won oz lotto, sat lotto,etc as well. most of the time I win but small amount. what do you think should I continue or stop it. do you thinks so one day I am going to get jackpot?

I would have given you a different answer.
