The Restaurants

The restaurants available in Britain are many and each people, no matter how big or small, generally have a reasonable choice of restaurants for you to visit. Because we live in a small market town called Callac we at least 7 restaurants that boast. They offer everything from full English breakfast to a Basque menu, go further to cities as Carahiax or Guingamp and choice increases considerably. You can find many types of restaurants offering the cuisine inimitable. There are Chinese restaurants, pizzerias, traditional French restaurants and specialty restaurants that offer both lunch menu and a full a la carte menu at night.

In general, you'll find that almost all restaurant offers a set menu at lunch is a fixed price is anything from a 2, to a menu of 4 or 5 dishes that normally is varied but limited compared to a la carte menu, but there again the price usually ranges from 11 euros to 16 euros and includes a bottle of water and a bottle of wine.

We all have our favorites, but we found that a small restaurant tucked away in a quiet corner of Carahiax called The Retondo is superb and the secret of success lies in the fact that all food is prepared in a very old wood burning fire. See the website for more Classified French France Restaurants

Statistics questions regarding a value of p?

Ok I'm doing a statistics project on testing the claims, in my situation I'm trying the California Lottery Scratchers tickets. My sample size was 30, the 30, 3 won a cash prize (X =. 1, N = 30, standard deviation Standard = 30) and California Lottery claim was that the odds of winning a cash prize are 1:11.14 How I can get a p-value for this claim, so you can reject the null hypothesis, or support the hypothesis?

You have to do a test of proportions. I'm not sure how it was calculated that std dev, but that is not required. n = 30 ps sample proportion = 0.1 H0: p = 0.0898 = 1/11.14 H1: p is not equal to 0.0898 shows the proportion is actually greater than what they claimed, so there really is not much to prove. Anyway, the test statistic = [0.1-0.0898] / sqrt (0.0898 * [1-0.0898] / 30) this value exceeds the critical t value dof = 30-1, then H0 is rejected.
