Fat loss is easy once you understand how hard it is.

Once you realize that fat loss is hard work, and not so easy as eating some celery, drink cold water, and some reinforcements slams "metabolism", which is when you really start to get results.

When you agree to adhere to their nutrition program and will take an effort, the only way to begin planning and preparing your nutrition to meet your fat loss goals.

The same goes for exercise. The more difficult to understand that exercise is the most effective, then you start plan your training accordingly.

During the past year I have interviewed more than a dozen fitness models (men and women) and maximal oxygen fitness magazines, and their secrets for success are as clear as day.

They know it's going to be hard work to get ready for a photo shoot but what do they know you do not know?

First, they have got their nutrition plans down perfectly. And when I planned, I do not mean only to have a meal plan torn from a magazine. Instead, they have their shopping lists ready. They have time set aside for cooking, cutting and cutting. These men and Women are more than enough tupperware to store and freeze their food for the week.

Fitness Models take their meals with them and we are not so naive as to believe it will be able to find something "healthy" at work or on the road. They are not willing to sacrifice results for convenience. They have accepted the hard work that comes with eating for fat loss. Do you?

Second, fitness models know what works – not just in the kitchen but also in the gym. They have recorded their training, they studied the effects of various exercises, rep range and frequency of training.

They have agreed that their assumptions can not in a fat loss program workout. That is why fitness models their training plans in advance, and note results in a training diary for analysis. If you are not doing that, then you're doing nothing more than playing a workout "lottery" and hoping that luck will rise.

Third, and perhaps most importantly (because its difficult to have the first two factors, not this one), fitness models are surrounded by an atmosphere of support and social support groups.

How many fitness models do you think are married to smokers sedentary, overweight? How many fitness models do you think walking men and women who start drinking at 16 o'clock every Friday?

After adequate social support group and supportive environment can make or break your fat loss program in less than a minute.

Research proof. The experience shows.

All you need is a lot of colleagues around him at his desk with a box of donuts and the pressure to "have one." The next thing you know its 3 days later and have not had a decent meal since.

According to research on social support for fat loss, there are at least 2 proven ways to take advantage of powers of others for your fat loss goals.

First, include a health professional in your social support group. This could be your doctor, a nutritionist or trainer to see on a regular basis. But it has to be accountable to someone. This works best for those of you who can not find support among his family, friends or colleagues.
