Anyone out there think that the National Lottery might just be a fix?

I mean if Paul Daniels can make a full grown Elephant disappear off a coffee table it must be easy enough to make six balls pop up out of a tin! Also why is it that so many people seem to have the next number either one up or down from the winning one.
