It is impossible to win a lottery if you did not buy a ticket. There is no such thing as a lottery of email addresses. Read the UK National Lottery’s site for more information about email scams which abuse their name.

If you did win the lottery, you would never have to pay them money before they gave you the prize. That’s what happens when you buy the ticket
