Have you heard that lottery winners are having bad luck?

I saw a morning program on lottery winners had good luck until he earned millions. And all those who have had bad luck since winning. I always thought that when you won, things were better off economically and would be more secure in life. So did I miss something? What do you think about this change from good to bad luck?
