Was lottery most unfair to Timberwolves?

While Nets have the 3rd pick they can sign 2 max free agents and be a contender. However, Minnesota does not have anything that will attract good free agents. Instead they got #4 and Wizards got rewarded due to the Arenas suspension. Since people say this lottery system is fair and will prevent tanking, Minnesota should consider tanking next season to prove people wrong and possibly get number 1 or 2 pick.

they don’t need to tank, they’ll just suck cause they got no talent.
