I do not think there was ever a need for income tax. At the federal level, there was no income tax at all, until 1913, after the Illuminati illegally and secretly got the last Federal Reserve (During the Christmas holidays, when almost nobody was there.) The sixteenth amendment was then sent to the states for ratification. Recently I learned that was not properly ratified. Some say it was, and those who say it was not. And I am inclined to believe the they say it was not. So the income tax is illegal, and is also not used for anything, but basically to pay interest on the money the government takes education. We even call the education lottery. Therefore, I really do not know if that means they need the income tax or not. My impression, however, is that they must use lottery money for what they were using the income tax money for, and abolish the tax on total income.
