Royal Bank of Scotland in the UK. From the department of Acorn messaging. UK?

I received an email that I won a lottery. I requested an investigation by sending me a certificate and a copy of the check. To my surprise, I actually received an official looking documents paper certificate and a copy of the check. Mail that is responsible for sending me a check for the Bank of the States that rates all I have to pay is the shipping costs to receive the money they earn. UPS charges $ 460.95 to deliver the check and charges no additional cost. Seems to have a stamp on the document. The copy of the check that is written in what appears to be a check. Has a date and an address for the bank. Royal Bank of Scotland in the UK, Ground Floor, poultry 2732 London, EC2P2BX Can you tell me if this is a legitimate bank and how will I know for sure. Is there a phone number for this bank that I could call to verify?

The Directorate head office is RBS: PO Box 1000, Gogaburn, Edinburgh, EH12 1HQ, UK. I found a branch in poultry. The bottom line is, if you have not entered a lottery, then it is a scam to get your money. www.rbs.com
