these lotteries from the U K are suppose to on e-mail address’s that are picked from across the world. And i have gotten tons of them. but this one has been sent from the
BRITISH INLAND REVENUE BOARD OF LONDON.
They are telling me that i must pay 1o/o of my winnings to them before they will release my cheque. Because i am not
living in Britian.
