With photo of a young woman of 18 in Ontario?

So I'm turning 18 in 4 days. I have no my license, however, partly due to my laziness and partly because of money. I have no passport. So my question is: If I go to Montreal and I want to join a club since the age of majority is 18, I can used as identification? Or what ID should I use to get the lottery tickets in Ontario?

Using OHIP card … or birth certificate.
