Is it legal to create an online lottery/sweepstakes in America?
I would like to create an online lottery or online sweepstakes in America(It’d be privately owned and done all through the internet via PayPal), but I’m not sure if it’s 100% legal.
I’d just like to make sure that I can do it before I begin trying.
it is illeagal, unless runned through government, and you get a permit.
