is the lottery fair

If you won 10 million in the lottery how much tax would be fair to pay?
25%
30%
40% More?
Assuming a ten million dollar win, for a cash pay out you would get half, so, 5 million, then that five million would be taxed at about 30% leaving you with 3.8 million.. just barely enough to be set for life on..
I honestly wouldn’t care if it were 50 or 60 percent. I’d still be set for life.
