We are constantly bombarded by the media with ads that are designed to make us feel unacceptable, unhappy, dissatisfied, on weight and the need for quick fix. Of course, the quick fix is always the product or service being offered.

Do you suffer from indigestion due to excessive eating … and then take the pink fluid and feel better … and then do it again later so that we can sell a little more pink liquid! The last thing people who do want to do pink liquid is learning to eat slowly, to appreciate their food and stops when you start to feel full!

The same is true with the economy, we have been conditioned to buy .. buy .. buy and never feel satisfied or fulfilled. We always feel like we need the next best phone cell, or that fresh pair of running shoes $ 150.00 because we have been programmed to respond that way through a steady stream of ads that tell us not are good enough the way we are or what we have.

No wonder so many people are more stressed. Where are the positive uplifting messages and images that tell us that we can, we can be happy, we did a good job and there is hope.

Within each of us is some of us know that the subconscious mind or unconscious. This part of our mind has the ability to process millions of bits of information every second and have access to all what they have learned or experienced in our lives, even if we can not consciously remember.

Making friends with your unconscious mind can provide access unlimited resources to make the changes you want in your life. This includes finding new ways to help reduce stress and increase a sense of balance and calm.

Here are 5 tips to help you start reducing the amount of stress in your life.

1) Reduce the amount of advertising and negative media that allowed in your life. Always require an effort to change the habit of listening to the radio or sitting in front. Do not dispose of entertainment, news and announcements only! Switch to an MP3 player for the source of music, watch DVDs and Video Tapes instead of comedies, or pick up a personal video recorder and fast forward through ads!

2) Listen to your inner voice and see if the things you say to yourself are positive or negative. When you make a mistake you say to yourself "that was stupid" or worse "I'm so stupid" when faced with a challenge do you say "I can not do that"? Begin to declare once again that internal dialogue in a positive way when you catch yourself saying something negative, like "I can not do that … yet .. but it's going to be fun to learn" or "how I can learn to do this … and enjoy the process. "

3) Make a list of things you are proud of the people you love, have fun moments had in the past. When you feel stressed, go through the list and take time to visualize people, places and things and see how it changes the way you feel.

4) Change your physiology! When you feel stressed, to change the way you breathe, keep your shoulders back, standing or sitting with your back straight and image what it feels like to have just won the lottery …. How to change the way you feel? Change your physiology, then change your breathing and that will change how I feel! You can learn to control their condition instead of allowing the state to control!

5) Use self-hypnosis recordings have the power and leverage the resources of your unconscious mind. Hypnosis is very relaxing and allows your body to rest and repair while providing a positive experience.
