Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has renewed the lease of the Casino Niagara at its current location on Avenue Falls. The lease extension is for a further period of 15 years, which shows the confidence of the provincial government in the future of Niagara Falls. This commitment creates stability and certainty where it can be economic development and job creation built.

The 300 room Hotel 30th floor overlooking Niagara will be the first luxury hotel in Niagara Avenue area / Clifton Hill.
The new development be physically connected to Casino Niagara, the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, the Crowne Plaza Fallsview Niagara and elsewhere Avenue including its restaurants and interest within the complex. This addition will bring new customers and growth opportunities for existing businesses in the area around the Falls.
