Football Gambling – Dallas Cowboys At Minnesota Vikings

The game in NFL gambling on Sunday between the Cowboys and Minnesota Vikings should really be called the panic button bowl.  One of these squads will be 1-4 following this competition and prepared to hit the panic button. The NFL NFL wagering probabilities makers really have no idea which team it will likely be as the Vikings are 1.5 point home faves in this game in football bets.

Dallas Offense – It’s difficult to believe that the Dallas Cowboys are 1-3 with the number two offense in the NFL. However we have to keep in mind they are coached by Wade Phillips so anything is achievable when making an online bet. The Cowboys turn the ball over and commit foolish penalties which is a result of weak coaching.

Favre and Moss – The Vikings did very little until the 4th quarter a week ago against the New York Jets but then Brett Favre lit up and hit Randy Moss for a major touchdown.  The problem for the Vikings is that Favre also made several errors, such as throwing an interception that ended Minnesota’s probability of winning the competition.

The fact is that Favre has a long and fabled employment, focus on the word “long”. Basically put, he’s growing old. He’s promised to retire several times, which might have just been a negotiation tactic, but at age 41, it seems more and more probable that it’s going to happen soon. The Minnesota Vikings paid lots of money for him, but his popularity might now be outperforming his ability to deliver.

Moss is a previous Viking who performed for 7 seasons with the squad before being traded to the Raiders and then to the Patriots. After 3 seasons, Moss began to feel unwanted by the squad since they weren’t offering him a contract extension, so he re-signed with the Vikings.

Revenge?  Is there actually any revenge in this competition from a year ago?  The Vikings demolished Dallas 34-3 in the playoffs last year.  With both teams at 1-3 it is hard to believe that vengeance will play any part in this game.

Football Wagering Stats – The Dallas Cowboys are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games in October. The Dallas Cowboys are 1-4 ATS in their last five matches total. The Undertaker – You would think that with Dallas’ offense along with Minnesota’s offense that the over will be the approach to take when gambling at the sports book.  You could want to look at the trends 1st.
