I resize my photo to 600×600 pixels, but when I put my height and 600 pixels softwares photo editing and then change the width of 700 pixels as the width of 600 pixels then the height changes to 514 I can pixels.how make the size of the photo to 600 pixels high and 600 pixels wide.

Make the height 600 and width 700, then crop the image to 600 x 600. If you try to scale the image to 600 x 600 distorting the picture – and I do not do that!
