Does anyone know anything about 'Deaf Lottery Australia? ?

Hello, I recently signed up with the purchase of lottery tickets each two months for the Deaf Lottery Australia. It was through a telemarketer, but a glossy brochure that arrived in the mail. Each is supposed to draw a prize of $ 350,000 lots, more than other smaller prizes. I was just wanting to know if anyone has heard if this is a scam? Anybody out there actually won anything?
