This is a nice home based on a 1930's theme
which can be placed in a variety of settings including an older
city suburb or country farm house.
It features the oversize porch, custom brick siding.
metal roof and a brick capped chimney.
It has a large frontal faceod and detailed windows.

It is not modeled regarding any paticular prototype
but carries many features from various homes in my region.

The model is nearly finished, and we look forward to
rendering it in a nice suburban neighborhood.
