3D modeling can be a valuable tool when designing a room.

This model, for example was built when designing our recreation family room.
The exact dimensions were measured and several variations were made.

We chose the correct design for our budget and requirements based on these models.
Different flooring was tried (Wood, tile, carpet, color etc) as well as window styles, wall color and down to typical furniture placement, curtain style, fabric and color.
The model also provided the most effective placement and types of ceiling lighting, as well as how the sunbeam will track across across the room during the day.
