Models are delivered in Newtek's Lightwave format (.LWO). We can also convert to other popular formats such as 3DMax (.3DS)
Models ordered in formats other than Lightwave may need minor adjustments in their modeling programs.

We accept personal check, money order and cash. Please allow time for the payment to clear. (Usually 7 days)
Product delivery can be made two ways upon your request:
1. Downloaded to you via Email. Please be sure your mail server will accept the file size.
2. Mailed through the postal system, Fed ex or UPS. In this case the medium will be CD or DVD. Shipping is free.
