What type of business depends on what the experience of an individual – for example, if you work in a gym, then the creation of a franchise of a health club in a new location will help you become familiar with this business anymore. Depends LLC or INC than the long-term business is – if it were up to me, I would start with an LLC when I'm small and hopeufully pass late as LLC INC gives I need protection from lawsuits.
