Toy Phonograph
Tunophone Label

This is a kids phonograph that we picked up in 2003.

Its all original except for the turntable cover and needle,
so we just use needles from the Victrola. The soundbox was corroded, but cleaning and gold paint fixed that.
Just plug it in, turn the top switch to "on", place the needle and instant crummy sound!
I guess you'd expect that from a toy, but there is no volume control as it amplifies
the sound acoustically.
We don't know the history behind this toy.
