This is a scam. Yahoo does not have lotteries online. These scams e-mail have existed for years. The FBI is fully aware of it, like Yahoo. Not respond to it, they want to empty your bank account. To win, you lose. If you are in your inbox, the spam, if you are in the spam bin, just empty. Never open these things.
