The lotto is the worst odds of any gambling game. Here is an example.The Ca. Supper Lotto picks 5 numbers and a Mega number. I think there the Mega numbers are 1-25 making the odds of hitting it 24 to 1. The payoff for hitting the Mega number only in the Ca. Lotto is $1. Try and find one other gambling game where you can beat odds like that and only win $1. Eventually someone will win the big money. So if you are going to play at all put in one dollar and hope for the best. The more you bet the bigger sucker you are. The same goes for all of the other lotto games also. Good luck.
