Internet Income Opportunities Are Prevalent Just Ask Go Daddy

Go Daddy is hosting their little Christmas Party here is Phoenix Arizona; A budget of 3 Million Bucks, a small crowd of 4,000 employees and guests, a little band for entertainment known as “The Temptations”, and a paltry donation to various charities of 600 Thousand smackers. This is to just name a few of the not so modest highlights of the evening.

It’s Saturday night, December 12th, 2009, and I just turned on the news to catch the biggest story of the night.  Go Daddy.com is having their annual Christmas Party about 20 minutes away from our humble suburban home. Saying it is a Christmas Party is like saying that the Titanic was a boat.  While the entire world is in the midst of a Recession or Depression or whatever term you’d like to use to describe our current global financial situation. Go Daddy is hosting their little Christmas Party here is Phoenix Arizona; A budget of 3 Million Bucks, a small crowd of 4,000 employees and guests, a little band for entertainment known as “The Temptations”, and a paltry donation to various charities of 600 Thousand smackers. This is to just name a few of the not so modest highlights of the evening. They rented Chase Field (where our beloved Diamondbacks play, I wonder if they were invited?). Why not construct an ice skating rink and a video arcade featuring over 100 of the latest greatest video games in the outfield while serving steak, lobster and Don Perignon close to home plate. Cocktails, beer and wine are at first and third base and desert buffets in both dugouts. Oh the things I would have done to get on the invitation list for this little “get together”. I mean really, is this a blatant slap in the face of the thousands of employers who cancelled their company Christmas festivities? After lifting his chin up off the ground, a local news reporter exclaimed “40% of all the companies here in the metropolitan Phoenix area not only had to cancel their normal employee Christmas parties but, are also laying off and/or asking their employees to take mandatory furlough days. Go Daddy is renting a baseball field, announcing 100 new jobs and rejoicing like they just won the lottery!”

The Moral of this envious story (other than I should watch the news more often) is that all the employees that are no longer employees are taking advantage of the slew of internet based business opportunities available out there. 79 Million People over the next 5 years are starting new home based businesses (Forbes magazine). They are not advertising in the newspaper or yellow pages. You guessed it – all of these home income opportunities are on the world famous world wide web.

Finding a successful online marketing opportunity can be daunting. Before I personally got involved with any venture online I established some ground rules:

1. I would not consider anything if there was not a phone number available to talk to a human being.

2. I would not consider any MLM company for several reasons. They are just messy to me. Too many people to account for, you need too many people to make any serious money. The attrition level is too high – people need to see results yesterday not months down the road when they have sponsored thousands of people.

3. I wanted a Top Tier internet income opportunity. One that caters to business people who understand the value of investing in themselves and a legitimate business. An internet income opportunity masterminding with like-minded, professional Entrepreneurs.

4. Automation. I absolutely had to have systems in place to generate income for me 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

5. Internet marketing Support. A company that will be there tomorrow. An opportunity that stands behind its members and has a desire to help them succeed.

6. Mentorship/Leadership. I wanted the best internet marketing coach I could find. As Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich) and Rhonda Burn (The Secret) put so eloquently “Think like the Rich, associate with the Rich, you will attract wealth and success”, also Andy Andrews (Traveler’s Gift) “Take your 9 closest friends; add up their income, then divide it by 10 and it will be within 10k of your income. I chose to network with people making stupid amounts of money.

7. I had to feel in my gut that it was an ethical and legitimate opportunity. My instincts needed to be in check, I had to feel in my gut that the opportunity and the people involved were upstanding.

These were my ground rules when beginning my online marketing opportunity I certainly advise the same of you or anyone you know who is jumping into this business. I sincerely hope this helps. If it doesn’t I do know with 100% certainty that Go Daddy is hiring.
